For Essential or Professional tier subscriptions, payments can be made through credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

In the event that you haven’t provided your payment details, you will no longer be able to access your account and you will not be charged.

Yes, Inspectivity has an offline mode, allowing you to perform and create inspections even in areas with limited or no internet access. The data can be pushed to the cloud once you regain connectivity.

Inspectivity is an Amazon Web Services cloud partner. Your data is stored in an AWS cloud data centre. For Essentials and Pro tier subscriptions, you choose a data centre region on set up. For Enterprise customers, Inspectivity chooses an AWS data centre geographically close to the client for hosting the clients’ Inspectivity instance.

Yes, security is a top priority. Inspectivity uses encryption and other security measures to protect your inspection data. It also provides access controls to ensure data is only available to authorised personnel. Inspectivity is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 quality and information security management system standards.

You always own your own data, reports and configurations. Inspectivity owns the Inspectivity Platform itself, including the underlying software and any enhancements or customisations we develop. This is because customisations are delivered within the Inspectivity Platform, and we need to maintain and update the entire system for all customers.

Your benefit is that you get the functionality you asked for, delivered as part of your platform instance, without having to take on the burden of maintaining code, upgrades or security. Feedback you provide may also be used by Inspectivity to improve the platform, helping you and other customers benefit from a continuously evolving service.

Yes, Inspectivity offers integration options with various third-party software and systems for Enterprise users. This allows you to connect your inspection data with your existing workflow and management tools.

Inspectivity’s integrated field app is compatible with Android devices.

Subscriber Data can be exported through available functions in the Portal application user interface or via custom-developed CSV/JSON exports*. Inspectivity does not provide raw database exports. *Subject to feasibility. Fees apply.
