Inspectivity offers customer support through our online Knowledge Base and Service Desk for all users. We also offer email support for Professional and Enterprise tier plan users, and dedicated phone support for Enterprise account holders. You’ll also find a range of helpful resources available in our resources hub.

Inspectivity is certified to operate in compliance with ISO 27001:2013.

Inspectivity is an Amazon Web Services cloud partner. Your data is stored in an AWS cloud data centre. For Essentials and Pro tier subscriptions, you choose a data centre region on set up. For Enterprise customers, Inspectivity chooses an AWS data centre geographically close to the client for hosting the clients’ Inspectivity instance.

For Essential or Professional tier subscriptions, payments can be made through credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

Absolutely! Inspectivity is versatile and can be customised to suit a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, and more. Plus, it’s suitable for a wide range of use cases, including safety inspections, equipment checks, quality control, and more.

As an Essentials and Pro tier client, you can update your credit card information online at any time by logging into Chargebee’s Self Service Portal.

Subscriber Data can be exported through available functions in the Portal application user interface or via custom-developed CSV/JSON exports*. Inspectivity does not provide raw database exports. *Subject to feasibility. Fees apply.
