Inspectivity’s integrated field app is compatible with Android devices.

Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade your account at any time.

For Essentials or Pro tier subscriptions, we offer monthly, no lock-in contracts. If you terminate at the end of the month, you won’t be charged for the next month. Custom terms may apply for Enterprise agreements.

You own your data (ie. transactions, reports, and configurations, entered into, or produced by the Inspectivity Platform).

In the event that you haven’t provided your payment details, you will no longer be able to access your account and you will not be charged.

Inspectivity regularly updates its app to provide new features and enhancements. Updates are typically released several times a year to improve user experience and add new functionalities.

Inspectivity works with Chargebee to manage your Essentials or Pro tier subscription. Chargebee adheres to strict data security standards to protect your payment and personal information. Inspectivity does not store any credit card details.

Inspectivity allows you to generate professional reports directly from the app. You can then share these reports with your team or clients via a link, an email alert, PDF, or other file-sharing options.

Inspectivity’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are compliant with GDPR.

You always own your own data, reports and configurations. Inspectivity owns the Inspectivity Platform itself, including the underlying software and any enhancements or customisations we develop. This is because customisations are delivered within the Inspectivity Platform, and we need to maintain and update the entire system for all customers.

Your benefit is that you get the functionality you asked for, delivered as part of your platform instance, without having to take on the burden of maintaining code, upgrades or security. Feedback you provide may also be used by Inspectivity to improve the platform, helping you and other customers benefit from a continuously evolving service.

This approach keeps things simple:

  • You own your data
  • We own the platform and enhancements
  • You get ongoing use of any customisations made for you, with full support and updates
