With our Essential or Professional tier plans you can sign up online and manage your profile through a self-service portal. If you’d like to sign up for an Enterprise plan, we can help you set up your account. Take a look at our pricing plans to see how they compare.

You have the option to cancel your Essential or Professional tier subscription online at any time. Once you have cancelled, you won’t be charged for the following month, and you’ll still have access to your paid features until the current subscription period ends.

In the event that you haven’t provided your payment details, you will no longer be able to access your account and you will not be charged.

For Essential or Professional tier subscriptions, payments can be made through credit card. We accept all major credit cards.

Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade your account at any time.

Inspectivity works with Chargebee to manage your Essentials or Pro tier subscription. Chargebee adheres to strict data security standards to protect your payment and personal information. Inspectivity does not store any credit card details.

As an Essentials and Pro tier client, you can update your credit card information online at any time by logging into Chargebee’s Self Service Portal.

For Essentials or Pro tier subscriptions, we offer monthly, no lock-in contracts. If you terminate at the end of the month, you won’t be charged for the next month. Custom terms may apply for Enterprise agreements.

Our Essentials tier is perfect for smaller teams who are looking for a powerful and easy-to-use asset and digital inspection management solution, while our Professional tier plan is perfect for larger organisations that require advanced platform capabilities. Our Enterprise tier plan is specifically designed for organisations that require a dedicated hosting environment, elevated customer support and access to API integration solutions. There are no limits to user numbers you can have in your instance/subscription. Our Essentials tier plan also includes 3 complimentary read-only users while our Professional tier plan includes 20 complimentary read-only users.

Currently, we charge in Australian Dollars (AUD).

You own your data (ie. transactions, reports, and configurations, entered into, or produced by the Inspectivity Platform).

Subscriber Data can be exported through available functions in the Portal application user interface or via custom-developed CSV/JSON exports*. Inspectivity does not provide raw database exports. *Subject to feasibility. Fees apply.

Inspectivity’s Quality, Information Security Management System (QISMS) takes into account all requirements of ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015 as it applies to the entire operations of Inspectivity. This includes a General Information Security Policy.

Inspectivity’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are compliant with GDPR.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Inspectivity is an Amazon Web Services cloud partner. Your data is stored in an AWS cloud data centre. For Essentials and Pro tier subscriptions, you choose a data centre region on set up. For Enterprise customers, Inspectivity chooses an AWS data centre geographically close to the client for hosting the clients’ Inspectivity instance.
