Inspectivity Platform Solution Supports EEHA Inspections on Rowan Companies Offshore Assets

Inspectivity announces the successful completion of EEHA inspection projects for two Rowan Companies Jack up type Independent Leg Cantilever rigs (Rig 80 – EXL-I and Rig 083 – EXL- IV).

OGRE Pte Ltd’s expert CompEx Certified E & I Inspectors were mobilised onto each of Rowan’s EXL-I and EXL-IV rigs, at ASRY Shipyard in Bahrain, to carry out the Inspection and remediation works of all electrical equipment in hazardous areas. A total of 916 detailed inspections were performed by 3 inspectors over a period of 24 days. Remediation works were completed for each rig over a further 23 days.

The Inspectivity Platform was used by OGRE’s inspection team to provide a streamlined digital cloud and mobile framework for performance of EEHA inspections. The solution enables the inspectors to complete an average of approximately 13 detailed inspections each per day. All reporting is automated including real-time generation of hazardous area equipment and non-compliance registers as well as daily reporting. The Inspectivity Platform also provides transparent and easy to use functionality for the complete assessment and closeout of non-compliances during the remediation work. Both Rowan’s and OGRE management teams have full access to real-time inspection data via the Inspectivity cloud.
