Inspectivity Platform Solution Supports Karratha Gas Plant Life Extension Program

By Inspectivity

Inspectivity’s platform for paperless inspections increases project efficiency and improves the flow of data on large scale engineering projects.

Inspectivity announces the contract renewal for 2017 for use of the Inspectivity Platform as part of Woodside’s Karratha Gas Plant (KGP) Life Extension Program (KLE).

The Inspectivity Platform is a modern, automated and paperless solution for managing engineering inspection projects, allowing stakeholders to have secure, real-time results no matter where in the world project teams are based. The platform combines intrinsically safe mobile technology for paperless field inspections with a rich management and team collaboration framework.

The KLE program will continue to leverage the full capability of the Inspectivity Platform for the performance and tracking of piping, vessel and coating inspections.

The Karratha Gas Plant is a part of the North West Shelf (NWS) project, Australia’s largest oil and gas development worth more than $34 billion. Operated by Woodside on behalf of six major international companies, Karratha Gas Plant is known as one of the most advanced, integrated gas production systems in the world, producing up to 12,000 tonnes of domestic gas per day.

Inspectivity is a Perth based technology company delivering specialised cloud-based solutions for blue chip organisations across the oil and gas, mining, and engineering sectors.
